  5.  A parcel mailed to a ZIP Code destination outside the BMC service area for 
  6.  your post office is subject to a surcharge of $1.50 in addition to the     
  7.  rate shown if:                                                             
  8.            A. It is nonmachinable according to the standards prescribed     
  9.               in Domestic Mail Manual section 753: or                       
  10.            B. It weighs more than 35 pounds.

  13.  A parcel mailed from your local post office to a ZIP Code destination      
  14.  within its BMC service area is eligible for a discount of $0.27 from       
  15.  the rate shown.
